★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a good deal on am aquarium. ...but,
it was very large. The staff watched me and my 2 children struggle to get it off the shelf and to the cash. No help was offered to get it to the car. When we asked for a flat cart, the lady told us to just balance it on the top of the regular cart. "Sorry lady its a $300 aquarium." She finally got the cart. Next time I'll stick with the smaller pet stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible phone help. Asked about algea eater fish. Was told they don't have the size of fish for my size of tank. While I was in the middle of asking my next question the sales rep hung up on me. I'll proceed to just take my business elsewhere today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an expensive bed for my Retreiver and it developed a hole in only two weeks. But the Ladies and the store were great and helped me choose a better bed. My Baby loves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm leaving two stars because the staff are quite nice, and always TRY to be helpful. Problem is, I don't think they know much about fish or aquariums. We did find a good deal on a tank kit, however most of the fish we purchased (on several occasions over the past month or so) have died within hours and days of acclimating them to the aquarium, which we cycled. We're not first timers. When we return the fish, we can't seem to get a decent explanation as to why: we've had them test our water twice...no problem. They did refund our money for the fish, but that doesn't make you feel much better for having dead fish. Bought a great variety of fish from a competitor and they're still with us!! Not sure if it's their stock or what, but there is definitely something amiss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always friendly but their knowledge is not what I would expect when compared to other PetSmart locations. Always clean and spacious. Love the dog wash station. Soooo convenient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the associate Nicole - tried out the doordash service, and ended up having parts of the order cancelled and my feeder worms forgotten. Nicole was exceptionally kind and apologetic, she had their team drive them over personally. She even took the time to see what dog food was available, so I could do a phone order for what was missing, and have it delivered too. Really impressed they went to that level of service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not often you get good customer service anymore these days it seems, however the young lady who helped me the other day went above and beyond and actually made conversation with me, her name tag said "G" I believe. She was very friendly and informative, I was purchasing a raincoat for my dog and she made sure to let me know that if it didn't fit to bring it back within 60 days for a refund or size exchange! Which I appreciate the information.
