Walmart Supercentre

Only needed a few things. Produce wasn't that nice. Only picked up half of what I needed. Cash lane lines were not too long but long enough that we went through self checkout which I hate doing. Gave it a 3 star because my expectations weren't that high.

How have others experienced this locations grocery pick up? I received the email that my pick up was ready and waited over 40 minutes from when I arrived? Is this normal for this location? At other locations I’ve waited 5 minutes max. Just curious.

me and my friends went shopping and were having a good time.. and the store was coming to a closing time and they announced it so we were on the way to the front and then someone who worked there said “you guys know we are closing right?” in a sassy voice and I said “yes we’re on our way up there” then they said right to our faces “we wanna go home god”… not cool and not a nice way to treat a customer :/

Today was efficient and a really polite associate. Only get 4 stars because of the way the app says that the order is picked up even though I hadn't seen a soul - bad business practices fudging numbers. Today it took 3 minutes before seeing my delivery after it said 'picked up', previous experience it was longer. But yet the app tells me that my order has been picked up and to please fill in their survey.

Absolutely disgusting how they have only one cash open a massive line up staff walking around all over the place doing nothing. Went to customer service they called manager. Manger or claims she is named Jasmine argues with me saying she has no staff yet two are standing right in front of of me and could jump on the cash. Clearly the manager is too lazy to help her staff clear the lines. Their was five employees monitoring the self check out. Seriously it does not take that many employees to monitor self check outs. As a business owner myself this manager would be fired. Very lazy. Disrespectful towards paying customer. All customers upset in the line saying the same thing. Then another employee stocking the shelves S starts chirping me because everyone in the line asked me what the manager said. This other rude employee starts saying that’s the way it is. I ask her what are you doing? Stocking shelves should not be the priority when you ha w paying customers waiting for 30 montes to pay to ensure your wages are paid. Maybe you should help and jump on the cash. She chirps back. I explain see These people standing here in line. They are paying your wages. Walmart GM’s need to clean house and get some better staff. Eventually this business will suffer and customer loyalty will leave. I will shop at Canadian Tire from now on. One poor girl doing it all. I take the photos the staff standing there at customer service including Jasmine and the other one that mouthed off to me. Get upset because I took their photo. Then all off the sudden the actual manager comes to me asking what’s wrong. He was a nice gentleman but why was he not the one to come and speak to me in the first place. He asks what the problem is. We tell him and he gets his lazy staff back to work. Wow these employees need to be written up. Talk about the tail wagging the dog. Walmart needs to clean house in Orillia. They are lazy (except the one poor girl doing cash) and treat their paying customers like garbage.

Today went to the vision care to get new glasses (keep in mind I have a prescription) I stood there 10 minutes they had the store roped off. Finally someone came and iwas informed they couldn't serve me because I didn't have a appointment and the only appointment was next week. Now there was 3 employees no customers and 2 where just standing around. I guess after the pandemic they can afford to turn business. to

Compared to other Wal Mart's near by in Barrie, the Orillia Walmart is way more organized and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Aside from supply chain issues I've never had a problem finding what I was looking for in this location, which I can't say about others.

Walmart tried to steal from me and is stealing from everyone who doesn't check there receipt. I bought 2 for $10 - 6 pack of Gatorade and didn't discount me at the register. One of the staff told me there was a discount taken off as you can see from the original bill on the screen in my picture. But it wasn't the right discount, but not to mention if you look at the lay out of the bill, its pretty damn confusing, as it looks like they tried to charge me twice on taxes. This is my last straw with Walmart and will do my absolute best to never give you another dime again.
