★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taylor was very sweet and helpful on my visit today. My husky was overheated and we needed to stop on for some air conditioning and treats. She offered my dog some water and even calmed him down with some pets. Thank you Taylor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, has alot of food veriaty for your beloved pet. This place has always more choices and is stocked up more then Pet Value from other locations. Still on the expensive side, I wish there were more deals for cats, for example buy one get another half off or something like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies that work here are amazingly friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer my questions and are always helpful in recommending a solution. They carry a great selection of products and I've never had issues getting anything I needed. The groomer is sweet with our girl who has a bit of anxiety getting nails trimmed. Highly recommend coming here for any pet needs!

I felt bad because it seemed like they were really busy, the phone was ringing and someone else came in line behind me. Definitely coming back for more cat food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My son purchased 50 ‘live’ crickets yesterday, but didn’t actually open the container to make sure they, or most of them, were in fact ‘live’. Got them home and counted 13 live ones, the rest were dead, and not recently deceased. Returned to the store today with the dead bugs in tow. They’re not expensive so I didn’t think it would be a problem for them to provide me with some live crickets and maybe a small apology for my inconvenience. WRONG. I was immediately denied without a second thought, because I didn’t have my proof of purchase. I get the idea, and I wouldn’t have even made an attempt had it been a higher priced item… but it was $5…will Pet Valu really go broke over this?? Even with the price of gas, this store has lost my business permanently and I will go elsewhere with my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very thankful for the dog washing station but it really needs a repair on the sink hose. Sprayed me in the face the whole time. It would also be nice to have a better blow dryer available. I will be back soon hopefully the hose is fixed for next time. I'm still very thankful to have this option close to home. Great price!
