โ โ โ โ โ I don't have anything nice to say about Dollarama I have shopped small items at this one particular location got home the product was bad took it back even though the product had the price in it they refused to exchange it because I didn't have the bill so I took matters in my own hands and handed the product to CFIA and the Health department just waiting on feed back the quality of product they sell is very low quality and the quantity is very much less than the quantity that you get at Food Basics or no Frills for example a 200 gr. Of rice sells for $4.00 yet you get 500 gr. For the dane money at no Frills or Food Basics so am I the only one that sees this come on people smarten up.

โ โ โ โ โ I am a crafter and painter and find almost everything I need here at a great price. I also stock up on treats and bread when I visit. My dogs always go through my bags to find their toys when I get home. Staff are great.

โ โ โ โ โ Well stocked Dollarama, staff friendly and quick to help customers. Lady at the front greet me and sanitized the self checkout machine before each customer walked up to the machine to pay. I noticed in the book shelf aisle someone had left an item that didnโt belong there a worker came out of nowhere swooped in and took the item back to its original place. I was like damn This team works quick !!! LOL. All the Halloween and fall decor is on display now.

โ โ โ โ โ Clean, decent variety, shelves kept stocked, however staff is lacking communication amongst themselves, and some need more training on customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly I went to the dollar store to buy a bunch of stuff right before vacation and I asked him what aisle the locks were and I totally forgot about it because I got a phone call so the store closed at 9:00 and I walked out at 9:02 and they would not let me go get my locks I need it and cash out because they said it's 2 minutes after and that they're closed and that they can't honestly this place is ridiculous they have no customer service whatsoever they need to hire new staff I work in customer service and you know what even if my doors are closed 2 minutes after and the customer knows what they want I'm obviously going to let them go get what they want and cash out my cashes are not even closed. Please just to give you advice for the store owner you definitely need a higher people to have customer service staying an extra 10 minutes after your shift to make sure that you have good customer service means the world
