โ โ โ โ โ They made my 6 year old very uncomfortable and had no patience with him regarding getting xrays done! They also belittled me and did absolutely nothing for my sons issue yet still charged my insurance . Just money hungry with no compassion for their patients

โ โ โ โ โ Phone service is terrible, always too busy to answer or you are put on hold for long periods. If you leave a message rarely you get a call back. Also encountered one of the younger Dentists that seemed to be high and mighty and arrogant claiming he does the best work. Went in for a check up and they ended up doing a cleaning which is fine since I was due shortly but never made me aware they scheduled one. On top of this visit it took 2 hrs for the appt. Keep in mind the dentists at almost all dawson clinics are on payroll so the quality and care is definetly not on a caring personal level but more of an assembly line. This is where they come to get experience and practice on you. Speaking to another dentist that actually worked there left and opened his own clinic due to the work place environment he encountered. MY ADVISE, find a private clinic thats is solely owned by the dentist.

The Doctors and Staff at Alcona Applewood Dental are Fantastic.
The receptionists, the dental assistants and the Doctors are very pleasant, very professional and very diligent. I had extensive bridge work done which was great, there was a problem with a crown after a month or so and the TEAM at Applewood in Alcona looked after it without hesitation. It is so refreshing to get treated Honestly and VERY fairly.

โ โ โ โ โ I really like my new dentist. No pushy sales or pushing for extras. My hygienist was professional and friendly. She never lectured me or told me how to brush my teeth? She just went over my problem areas and gave me a few tips.
No cavities is also very nice ??

โ โ โ โ โ Apple wood dental in Alcona are very honest and fair. I had extensive bridge work done and after a month or so I had a problem with a crown, all the staff at Applewood dental treated me with great respect, honesty and fairness.
Restored my faith in humanity.
Highly recommend this practice to anybody needing a dentist.
