★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in yesterday to get a few things and stumbled upon these poor bettas in cloudy water it’s sad enough they live in small containers the least you can do is change there water very sad to see as a betta owner…Do better. Tried uploading pictures but wouldn’t let me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone here is very friendly and there are typically good sales on treats. The only downfall is that every few months they run out of the biggest Acana dog food bags so we’re either forced to buy a smaller bag (and lose out on the 13th free LARGE bag) or go somewhere else. We’ve gotten burned by this a couple times in the past when we get our free 13th bag we can only get the $60 one instead of the $95 one so we started going to a different store that doesn’t seem to have the same supply issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have great experiences with Pet Value at Heritage. Staff are friendly, welcoming and very knowledge. When ever I have a question, they are there to support and answer. The store has a good range of pet foods and supplies that I need to take care of my cat. Overall, I would recommend this pet store to anyone looking for supplies for their pet.
