The staff are always knowledgeable and happy to chat about their experience with products. Quite good adherence to covid safety, I'll keep coming back here.

Also really like that they have a program for "The World's Best Litter", I believe once you purchase 9 or 10 bags, you get one free! Definitely recommend as they cater to quality products for your pet.

I walked in asked if they sell raw dog food the woman looked at me said 'well that's what the freezers are for' Then asking about the how the raw was put together is it complete? or just beef? or? She said 'it's up to you to figure it out'.. What? Then talking to the other woman at the till she just stared at me and demanded I put my mask over my nose... Really? Haha. Thanks for the experience I'll be tell everyone I know

Expert friendly customer service including a puppy at the cash desk! Lots of treats selection for cats and dogs. Highly recommended.
