★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's wrong with this place bought my wife a ring for xmas from here she went back to get it sized they refused to do it without a reciet even thoe she was paying then after arguing with them they wanted 180$ instead of the 80$ I was told when buying it I won't support this store anymore just walk 50 feet over to the next jewelry store and ovoid this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience with customer service!! As soon I entered the store today 2 employees were sitting together and chatting. Both of them gave me dirty look n they got interrupted. They didn't even got up to help. I felt so unwelcomed n left n one girl started laughing cuz I said no worries you can continue. Lady at the front desk Sounds friendly but she was busy. I think they need to hire better staff cuz I love their products ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first phoned People’s at Sunridge Mall and Kayla answered the phone. She was polite, friendly and helpful! An hour later, I turned up at the store to see and try on the ring I saw online. Again, Kayla was friendly and genuinely helpful. She picked out other options within my price range and gave her honest opinion on them when I asked. Her and her colleague explained all the warranties that come with the ring and additional ones they offer. They were knowledgeable and gave great advice. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience. I will be recommending you to everyone I know and will be back in the future for anything else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The lady working on 04/25/2022 in the noon was soooo unhelpful. I told her my budget was $500 or less for a Mother’s Day gift and told me to choose one of the items that was presented. I chose one and she snarkly replied saying “that’s 2500 dollars ….” Almost as if she was actually saying “you cant afford this so leave” what an unwelcoming and unfriendly experience. So if I tell you my approximate budget, shouldn’t you be at the very least suggesting me a different collection to better suit my budget? She literally knew nothing about basic customer service. You work in sales for crying out loud.. instead I didn’t end up asking her to show me anything else, she looked relieved and happy when I left. My husband and I couldn’t believe it .
