Great customer service. Grace was an excellent sales associate. She helped me out immensely and took her time, no rushing.

Went in for a ring cleaning and to get information. I wanted information on appraising my ring as I have never done it before. She looked at me as if I stole the ring and told me to sell it on Facebook. The ring was sentimental to me and she could not offer me any advice as a kind human being. I left the store very upset and will never go back.

Always a please going to this particular store. Staff is so personable and help. While it's a small store, the chance of you finding something for that special person or yourself is high. My favorite jewel store hands down....

Staff does not know how to size properly. First staff member sized me as a 6 even though I said 5.5. Ordered a 6 because they are the "professionals" got the ring it was too big. The new sales person sized me and said size 5 once again I said 5.5 and nope she said 5 was perfect so we resized this BRAND NEW NEVER WORN ring gets sent in to be sized. I get it back 7 days before wedding AND ONCE AGAIN IT DOES NOT FIT!! This 3rd sales lady says yes you are 5.5 .... soooo Now with 7 days left before the wedding I am stuck with a TIGHT ring I can not even wear. ANDDDDD this brand new ring needs to be sized AGAIN..... all because the "professionals" didnt know how to size properly. Would NOT suggest going here. Friendly staff but do not know how to size

Went in looking to get 4 rings resized and my husband wanted to look at “possibly” upgrading his ring. He’s very indecisive so I figured we would see what they had in store. We learned very quickly that the staff shove the “People’s Card” down your throat and are VERY pushy. My husband was shown a $2999.00 Vera Wang band on sale for 30% off for the summer save event. After savings this ring would have been $2099.30 + tax, and the sales representative said she could give me an additional 20% off “complimentary” if I purchased it today (making the ring $1679.44 + tax) as if she was doing me a favor. Keep in mind this promotion was a store wide promotion offered both online and in store; the 30% off retail price and an additional 20% off clearance items. I asked about layaway options, as splurging almost $2000.00 on a new wedding band didn’t seem right given my husbands indecisiveness, and we wanted time to make an informed decision. The sales representatives whole attitude suddenly changed. She started pushing the Peoples card again which I am not interested in as we are in the process of trying to qualify for a mortgage and I do not want any additional lines of credit as this could affect our approval. She immediately became less friendly and told me that we could not do layaway because of Covid-19 and they did not want to be stuck with a ring in store; DESPITE me offering to pay half to 3/4 upfront. I have done layaways before with different Peoples Jewelers stores. The way we were treated was s absolutely unacceptable. I definitely will not be back as this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. The sales representatives clearly only care about pushing the People’s jewelers card, the warrantees, and sales so that they can make their commission. When they don’t get their own way they get rude. It’s all about the money, and not customer service based. My inlaws directed me to their personal jeweler to get the rings resized. I will not be back here!

This peoples jewellers is amazing. The manager goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Shes a really kind caring woman. My husband purchased some jewelry for Christmas for me from this particular store, great customer service.great warranties and upgradeable if you decide later. 5 stars!

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with a gentleman by the name of Joseph. It was an absolute pleasure and blessing to come across him on our search for the right engagement and weddings bands. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and quite clearly made it his purpose to help make our search as easy as possible. I can go on and on about his integrity and personable nature but I would highly recommend you visit for yourself and ask for him by name. Joseph, THANK YOU!!!! You are truly one of a kind :)

If you're going to shop at this store specifically, ask for Joseph! I have never met a sales person who is so kind, accommodating and most importantly, HONEST! His integrity during our process of purchasing our engagement and wedding bands has been undeniably consistent. At the time of our purchase, he promised us that should our rings become part of a promotion at the store in the coming weeks, he will let us know and the store will give us back the difference (a promise that I have heard from countless sales assistants/managers before). Sure enough, a couple of weeks after purchasing our rings, we got a call from Joseph and he fulfilled his promise. Above all else, Joseph made our experience of buying rings. Such a kind soul <3
