★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gross woman whom I assume is the manager treated me horribly. She didn’t even let me come into the store which I found weird. As soon as I approached the entrance of the store she literally used her body as a sort of wall to stop me from coming inside and told me WHAT ARE YOU BUYING. That took me by surprise honestly so I said I was looking for a shower curtain. This thing towered over me since I’m fairly short and got close to my face to say “THIS IS BATH AND BODY WORKS. BATH AND BODY WORKS.” I could smell her breath through her mask which I didn’t appreciate because she was breaking COVID protocols by getting that close to me for no reason. She didn’t let me in the store at all. In the moment I did not want to say anything back because her other employees looked embarrassed of her.
Now I’m going to say: I’m sorry for the employees who have to put up with her hostility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This week was my first time at Mapleview Location. I like it better I don't know why. I tight be a bigger store. Staff was awesome! I don't like shopping malls and I know how to go in and out at this location.
Overwhelmed on Boxing Day Specials ar Oakville Place. When I returned some items today Victoria was awesome in helping me find the products I've enjoyed in the past and what I may like. Great service!
No hassles in returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely hate this location. The employees are constantly all over you even if you say “I’m just browsing”. Hibah was so eager to sell me something. I asked for something specific which they did not have, yet she proceeded to show me every body mist they had in the store. Man, the employees are the worst here, I literally feel like I’m getting harassed. It makes me not want buy anything let alone step foot into the store. Calm down a bit. Let people come to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just straight up terrible. Some lady, who I assume is one of the managers, is always standing face-front at the store, hands on her hips ready for action. She questions you before entering the store, and forces her young associates to do the same, and you can see the shame on her employees faces upon the beginning of this ordeal. Wanting to pass time? Or to just browse? Impossible at the store... just utterly embarrassing for the company when someone cannot even enter the store without being questioned and harassed by teenage girls.
Once reaching the checkout "Leanne" approached the cashier aggressively after audibly yelling on their little headsets to "GET HIS EMAIL", once she realized I was not going to give it, she stormed to the back of the store demanding that I do so, and that I "have to, because all receipts are sent online"... I gave a fake email just so she would be quiet, and she stood there, giving me the evil eye for not wanting a corporaition to spam my email 3 times per day?
When leaving, this lady proceeded to exclaim very loudly, and whisper into her little headset.
Absolutely no comment in regards to this, I'm surprised with Bath and Body Works.. truly I am.

I loved their hand cream (Fragrance: Fairytale) so had to but some more!!!
Currently using the 'In the stars' mist and I love it!
Looking forward to using more of these amazing products ☺️
