D	Dann Feltrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the price was fair, and they checked for other issues while changing the oil. They even replaced a broken light in the rear. Not 5 stars because they use big gallons of oil and it is quite hard to tell exactly what you're putting in your car, but that could be my inexperience with other Oil changing places (all previous places I've been usually open a brand new and sealed oil gallon in front of you).

They are looking out for the best interest of you and your vehicle. They also want you to be happy with their work and that you return to their business for future services. Do your research before you go for your oil change so that you are aware of services that may be due other than just your oil.
D	Darrel Huan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an oil change, took out my air filter and said it needed replacement (lies, it was fine), basically wrecked it as they put it back in as I refused. Had to buy and install new air filter in my car. Pretty much the same as these other 1 star reviews.
c	canadienred on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to have my oil changed, instead they tried to upsell everything, saying my car is falling apart and scaring people into buying more of their services. I should've given my car to my mechanic for oil change. I came out the place with $250 bill. The oil they are selling there are multiple times more expensive than Canadian Tire. To be reasonable, they can charge a bit more for oil products, but the stuff there is $150-$200 compared to the same product priced $6 in Canadian Tire. Just don't know how the business last this long. Avoid this place.

We took our van in for a routine oil change, and when I went to drive away, my van would not start. Both men working were staring very intently at the van as if they suspected this was going to happen. Both jumped in to try very random things regarding the theft system and 'putting my foot on the break' as if I had never started a car in my life. After a few attempts, the car started. Since then, the car only starts 20% of the time. When we took it back in, they aggressively demanded this was an issue before we took it there (why would I blame a company who did nothing rather than taking to a mechanic to fix?). The man took the hooks off the battery and said that should work. It started at the time. A few days later the van would not start and I was stranded. When I called them to ask for advice the man argued that this was not their fault and that would never happen during an oil change.. He continued to argue with me and then shouted to take it to the Ford dealership.. the catch is I never mentioned it was a Ford or who I was on the phone, so they obviously remember the situation when this happened which seems very suspicious. Now our car is undriveable so DO NOT EVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE TO STOP WORKING!
