★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, bad advice, told me thay had a certain serger and when i finally made it to the store coldn't find the machine. Have a stupid politic of not telling the price of their machine over the phone. Save yourself some frustration and buy elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their prices might be okay but not worth the bad service. Didn’t particularly care about my business, giving advice and not friendly to deal with (also had no service in English). I bought a machine a year ago that I’ve had to bring in 3 times since for repair. I’m an experienced sewer and am aware of the limitations of certain machines and I certainly did not exceed that. Told me I’d have to wait almost a month for repair even though I had bought it only 2 months previously, until I pushed for faster service. Last time I had brought it in had told me I’d need to pay for them to check what the problem was as I needed a new bobbin casing (which has caused me issues since I bought it) and it was still on my 1year warranty with the store. When I asked about returning it and upgrading options, they didn’t seem to want to do that. I have a brand new sewing machine collecting dust now. Better to go elsewhere and pay a bit more for better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased 2 machines at this shop - Baby Lock Euphoria and Acclaim. When I called in, the ladies in the store (esp. Andrea) were super helpful, friendly, and quick to call me back. Their shipping is also very fast! And their prices were lower than any store I had called in Ontario. I will definitely buy from you again!
