A	Annie Schmit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai appelé afin de savoir s’il avait de la nourriture pour chiot Fromm puisque je revenais du travail et qu’il était presque l’heure de fermeture et j’ai trouvé une proprio fort sympathique qui AIME ce qu’elle fait et qui le transpire! C’est une passionnée qui te donnerait le ciel! Ce fut une petite découverte qui ne tombera pas dans l’oubliette! I called to see if he had Fromm puppy food since I was coming home from work and it was almost closing time and found a very friendly owner who LOVES what she does and who sweats it! She is a passionate person who would give you the sky! It was a small discovery that will not fall into oblivion!

Premièrement, elle a coupé mon chat à 2 reprises lors du toilettage et n’a même pas enlevé aucuns noeuds. Finalement, lorsque je vais chercher mon chien un peu plus tard dans la journée, j’apprends qu’elle a coupé la griffe de mon chien trop court ce qui a produit un grand saignement. Professionnelle? Pour ce qui est de ma part je ne vois aucun professionnalisme dans son travail. Grandement déçu et je ne recommande à personne de confier vos animaux à cette dame. I did business with the paw and claw groomer for my cat and my dog. First, she cut my cat twice during grooming and didn't even remove any knots. Finally, when I go to pick up my dog a little later in the day, I learn that she cut my dog's claw too short which produced a lot of bleeding. Professional? As for me, I don't see any professionalism in his work. Greatly disappointed and I do not recommend anyone to entrust your animals to this lady.

La propriétaire est la première qui a pris du temps pour nous expliquer toutes les nourritures pour chat qu'elle propose. C'est une personne tellement dévouée et qui connaît parfaitement ses produits. Elle a su s'encadrer d'une équipe tout autant passionnée. Depuis nous arrêtons d'aller chez Mondou et supportons ce magasin qui est à ses débuts mais nous offre un service sans équivalent. We discovered this store and are totally delighted and satisfied. The owner is the first who took the time to explain to us all the cat foods she offers. He is such a dedicated person and knows his products inside out. She knew how to frame herself with an equally passionate team. Since then, we have stopped going to Mondou and support this store, which is in its infancy but offers us unparalleled service.

Mon chat avait de graves problèmes de vomissements de nourriture et avait besoin de croquettes plus petites et maintenant il est vraiment incroyable, plus de constipation et son pelage est plus doux. Mon chien se fait aussi toiletter et Catherine est tellement calme avec mon chien et lui chante pendant qu'elle devient toute jolie. N'hésitez pas à vous arrêter et magasiner! Merci encore. Owner Nadine's recommendations were spot on. My cat had severe issues with vomiting food and needed smaller kibble and now he is truly amazing, no more constipation and his coat is softer. My dog also gets groomed and Catherine is so calm with my dog and sings to her while she gets all pretty. Don't hesitate to stop and shop! Thanks again.

The place is beautiful and packed with everything you could ever need. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful and knowledgeable. The groomer Catherine was awesome with ICE ?. The variety and prices are exceptional. We love this place and will be going back all the time. We recommend this place to everyone with out a doubt . Thank you to everyone who made our experience a wonderful one
