ah oui j'oubliais, le service est moyen :(
the deadlines were not respected at all, so that is the only reason we bought them at home, they offered no compensation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magasin non compétent. Ils commandent du stock back-order s'accaparent le dépot et ne veulent jamais rembourser. La gérante ne prends pas ses responsabilités donne la faute a l'ancien gérant qui est a la retraite. Les prix ne sont pas si compétitif de toute façon quand on regarde dans des magasins tels que "Décor idées" ou tout simplement sur internet. ÉVITEZ À TOUT PRIX!!!!
Store not competent. They order stock back-order grab the deposit and never want to repay. The manager does not take his responsibilities gives the fault to the former manager who is retired. The prices are not so competitive anyway when you look in stores such as "Decor Ideas" or just on the internet. AVOID ANY PRICE !!!!

Bien que j'ai été très claire sur le fait que je voulais installer tous mes stores à l'intérieur du cadrage, la vendeuse «qui dit sans cesse savoir ce qu'elle fait car elle fait du service à domicile depuis des années» en a commander pour l'extérieur! On me reproche de ne pas comprendre leurs termes sur la facture, que j'aurait dû leur signaler l'erreur. Donc, ne veulent pas payer pour la correction... qu'ils me chargent plus cher que partout ailleurs! Dernière fois que je fais affaire avec eux.

Finalement, 1 mois et demi après avoir passé la commande, après avoir fait tailler nos toiles et avoir constaté une nouvelle erreur (mécanisme du mauvais côté), nous avons enfin toutes nos toiles comme nous l'avions demandé!
A noter, quand nous sommes revenus cherché la dernière toile modifiée, ils nous ont remboursé le prix de la taille des toiles en avouant bien timidement que c'était leur erreur. J'aurais préféré que ce soit fait 3 semaines plus tôt! Ça m'aurait évité beaucoup de frustration. Cependant, le revirement leur vaux une étoile de plus dans mon commentaire... mais je me serai vraiment passé de tout ce trouble! ... et ils n'auraient pas perdu une cliente.

Although I was very clear about the fact that I wanted to install all my blinds inside the framing, the saleswoman "who always says what she does because she has been doing home service for years" in to order for the outside! I am reproached for not understanding their terms on the invoice, that I should have reported the error. So, do not want to pay for the fix ... they charge me more than anywhere else! Last time I do business with them.

Finally, 1 month and a half after placing the order, after having cut our canvases and have found a new error (mechanism on the wrong side), we finally have all our paintings as we requested!
To note, when we returned looked for the last canvas modified, they refunded us the price of the size of the fabrics by admitting timidly that it was their mistake. I wish it had been done 3 weeks ago! It would have saved me a lot of frustration. However, the turnaround is worth one more star in my comment ... but I really will have spent all this trouble! ... and they would not have lost a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is plenty of choice : from fabric to Roman shades. The store is modern and clean. The staffs are polite. It's a heaven for DIY. We went to Verti Store on Taschereau the same day before going to Club Store Rive-Sud. Verti Store looks like they freeze in the 1980s from products to store design to customer service. If people do see this post, try visiting Verti Store on Taschereau and then visit Club Store Rive-Sud. You will enjoy even more the latter store.
