On the website the description was not clearly mention only for kids. It of no use to me and will not fit my living room. The after sales service would not accept any refund nor exchange. Very dissapinted with customer service as they could not find a friendly solution to it. Could have bought same product the same price at other stores and will get good customer service and return option. Return or exchange policy of no use. Will never buy from Meuble Rd again.
A	Andy Tremblay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put 0 star I would. Ordered a couch and had asked someone to help me bring the couch in a pick up truck. When I tried to go pick it up the store was closed. The store hours do NOT match the ones online. Very frustrating. Wasted both of our time.
M	MTL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a pleasant experience. They made errors with the delivery twice. We had no sofa to sit on for several days and lost 3 days waiting for deliveries. Also the delivery guys were not wearing masks. Beware when the sales person tries to sell you the insurance plan and says that you will get a full store credit in the end if you don't use the insurance; he will probably "forget" to say that you need to spend double the credit to actually use the credit. Someone said they would call us to see what they could offer us for all the inconvenience we had to go through....we are still waiting for that phone call. We gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because we did finally get our sofa and like it. We just could have done without all the mistakes and stress.
K	Katrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous. Placed an order in February for pick up in April. Called to ask what time I can come pick up my order and was told between 10am and 5pm. Arrive on pick up date to find that they do not have my order and no explanation is given. Tried to call Customer Service and was disconnected twice. Then at the end of the day I receive an email saying they no longer hold the product I ordered. Still cannot get in contact with anyone and how to get reimbursed as I was charged for the product in February!
V	Vyshampayan Datar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is good for customers here, specially don't trust the sales persons who promises quality products. They delivered a faulty sofa with broken leg and I called them back only to hear that it will be fixed (not replaced) in 1 week. This store in St. Bruno definitely needs some good customer care training. Surprisingly they speak English only to sell their stuff but when I called back for broken sofa the receptionist insists on speaking in French only. Sorry but I would never recommend this store to anyone.
