Managers and delivery team are excellent, salespeople terrible. First neglected to tell us that the chair was on order, said would be delivered next month. called - end of month, called - beginning of next month. Went to store and spoke with Manager (Nancy?) cancelled order, got a better deal. This salesperson was uninterested in serving us, siad "for sure" it would be delivered Thursday. Pierre said it was not possible - salesman did not check before "for sure". Pierre arranged a faster order and delivery was great.

I needed a freezer to be delivered quickly and Pierre at the St-Hubert Leon’s managed to schedule its arrival 3 days earlier than what the website allotted. I didn’t even have to go to the store. He took my order over the phone, sent me a secure link to enter my billing information and the whole thing took 10 minutes. Delivery was great as well, i was sent a live tracking link. Very good experience overall.

If you are looking for suffering yourself go to this store and buy something!!!? Selling is just their objectives and no customer care skills. The Worst delivery process. I bought kitchenaid dishwasher on December 15th 2019, after several times calls finally they delivered the damaged one on February 15th.? Today is March 18th I have a damaged dishwasher which has not used at all and I can not use it. While I am paying the cost of it. I never ever want to go there again!! Frustrating!!! ?

We purchased a sofa that we were told they have in stock and would receive it in July. Paid in full. July passes and when we called to ask about it. They said not before October. What happened to the sofas they told us they have in stock?waiting for a refund. Their machines have a max limit of $300 a day so we waited over 1 1/2 hours while they tried to call their bank to “fix” the problem. None of the managers seem to be concerned about this. Not impressed with this kind of service.

I just experience the worst purchase in my life with Leons. I bought a Bosh dishwasher back in october 2017. The delivery was scheduled for october 14th. On delivery day, I open the dishwasher, the door was not working , the door's interior was completed smash in at different places, the panel command wasn't working either. Obviously the dishwasher was not working when it left the plant. Bosh technician came in 1 week later and told me he never saw a dishwasher in such state. It had to be replaced. Fast forward, 2 weeks later, Leons confirmed the dishwasher will be replaced. 4 weeks later a delivery was scheduled on Dec 1rst. I waited for a call of the delivery service the whole day . I finally called Leons about the delivery status, they said it is scheduled for Dec 1rst. At 9 pm, still no delivery. Next morning, Dec 2nd, I called Leons to have the status of the delivery, but Leons NEVER return my call !!! On Monday Dec 4th, I went to the store to have status of the delivery. They don't known what happened on Dec 1rst, and on top of that now they don't known where is my dishwasher !! I talked to the director who finally confirmed the dishwasher was in the warehouse in Montreal. He promised me a delivery on Dec 6 and he even said they will make a place just for me for the delivery on Dec 6 ! Today Dec 6th , no call, no delivery ! nobody called . I called the store and guess what, they said my delivery was scheduled for Dec 13th !!!!! I am extremely disappointed of Leons service, the way the handle the whole problem, they don't follow up, I have to call them to have the status. I strongly advice people to avoid this store . Save your time and energy, please do not buy there !. Go to Brault Martineau / Brick or whatever store

What I can say - we've bought there the nice sofa and an armchair. Very comfy. Also got there a kitchen table with 6 chairs. I think it says something about the place. The staff is very good also! Professional, polite, not obtrusive at all. Thanks!

Bought a couch on August 13th and got it the 18th! Super friendly staff and helpful. The delivery guys were really nice as well. Super happy with our purchase and how seamless the whole process was, the couch also fits perfectly in our living room. Would definitely buy from them again.

We ordered a Sofa in December and by mid-May still hadn't received it. I was never once contacted by customer service for updates and had to be the one to contact them. They kept telling me "one more month" for 5 months. Ended up canceling our order. Will absolutely never shop there again, I suggest staying away.
