★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best products, my cat was suffering with extreme fur lost, and the staff helped me with some raw cat food that made all the difference in the world! Today Lili is another cat, much more healthy, with lots of energy and her fur and eyes are really shine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchasing a few items at Planete Woof, I asked if they had a pouch for training treats for our puppy. The proprietor said they did not have any in stock, but she could offer me her used treat pouch, which was precisely what I was looking for.
Stores don't get any better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Woof, the owners are wonderful dog/cat loving people. Just wondering though if it has shut down? there is lots of construction on Crescent street and I went to the store and it was closed and there didn't seem to be any products. Did I miss it by any chance?

Pricing is very competitive - even compared to online retailers.
We buy dog food and other minor toys and treats.
Could be a little cleaner and more organized, and keep products on the shelves and not on the floor - unless it was an odd week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my dog in for a harness and was overwhelmed by how welcoming, helpful and warm the staff was. They indulged our presence for such a long time as my dog sniffed everything, offered my dog a sample of some of the food they have available for sale (which he went nuts for - I haven’t seen him go nuts for dry food yet!), and offered heaps of advice on ensuring he’s a happy, healthy dog. There was no upsale pressure. And most of all they were so reassuring as I’m settling into new pet ownership with my adoptive dog. I’m pretty sure he’s looking forward to our next visit as much as I am!
