I bought a leash and collar from the line Hartman & Rose and it is unbelievable ! Never thought such a luxury line existed for pets !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite pet shop in the city. The staff is ultra friendly and helpful. I love the high quality foods and products they have in stock. There’s products I’ve never seen before and that now my dog absolutely loves. Can’t wait until they open their new location closer to my place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i bought a bag of food at this store. The next morning when i opened it to feed my dog, I noticed moldy food sitting right on top. I went back to the store in the morning to receive a refund, with many pictures and even a chunk of the moldy food. The manager refused to refund me. I asked to speak to him as he was not in the store and he refused to talk to me. He kept texting his employee what to say. He called her at some point but never once agreed to speak to me. He told his employee that i needed to get back home and bring back the bag of food. Mind you, I live at least 15 minutes walking distance, I don't own a car, the bag is very heavy and now open (making it even more challenging to walk back with it).. it was simply not realistic. So I was left accused of making this whole story up! He never once had the decency to speak to me. I never once received even as little as an apology. I am actually astonished. I've rarely seen such a lack of care for a customer or for the health and safety of their pets.
