I found that his instructions were very clear and his demonstration of the techniques were great and easy to understand. He really took his time to explain each step and was very thoughtful in spending extra time with students who were having difficulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach Pedro is really good at what he is doing. It's a good place to begin Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. 1 hour and a half of BJJ is like 10min at work or school. It is a good sport. OSS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic environment to learn BJJ, very welcoming to beginners. Heavy influence on self-defence, I'm told this is one of the more traditional schools in Montreal. I walked in having never done any sort of grappling before and I'm thoroughly enjoying it!
