★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic team, fantastic service. My bunny was dealing with a GI stasis and the helpful employee team gave me advices and generally inquired about my bunny during subsequent visit. The staff is fantastic, their manager is wonderful and everyone is always so eager to help out. Purchase all of your animals needs in this location, you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by a tall guy with glasses, I didn't get his name unfortunately but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was great and he was able to guide me through the different products they carry. Prices are on par with most other pet shops. Wish they carried more things for large breed dogs but overall they have a good selection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to check their fancy goldfish. They are a LOT more expensive for their size than other places and some don't look healthy. Their prices in general I find more expensive than other shops. When I asked for assistance, I felt like a bother. Anyways, first time, last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm torn, because the girl with the afro hair gave me such great advice when I first got my leopard gecko, so I'm happy with that. But unfortunately, when I went back, she wasn't there and the girl with the glasses and blondish hair gave me really really bad advice regarding the substrate that I should use. I found out later that the substrate she recommended could have caused serious health problems for my baby! I found out on reddit of all places because I posted a picture and people started attacking me! I guess she was just trying to make a sale but she could have killed my baby! So the two stars are only for the first girl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store. When I am around, i would always go there for browsing. We bought our cute little quaker parrot when he was 6 months old, here!! If anybody remembers him being at the store, he is doing fine. He says hello to everyone. He is super cute. I can't imagine a day without his screams!!!! Thank you!!
