★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was very polite and I thought there was good customer service. I went in for acrylics, but was recommended to try powder. When I got home and wanted to admire my nails some more, I noticed lifting on most of the nails. By the next morning, there was a big air bubble on my index near the cuticle from the lifting. I called and made an appointment to fix all the lifting. Instead of fixing, the tech only did my index nail. Now, a week later, all nails are literally lifting and chipping off my natural nails except my ring and pinky fingers. Their prices went up so now it's a bit on the higher end side, but the quality of nail service is not worth $70 plus tip. I have to remove the nails or try to salvage what I can of them, because I know if I leave them in their current state, fungus will develop in them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you've ever been intrigued by permanent eyeliner but are somewhat afraid, Ongles experts is the place to go. Martina does a fantastic job, it is a very mild procedure and has changed my life. No more mascara, smudgy eyes or messy makeup remover. A touch of lipstick and I'm ready to go. I highly recommend the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this salon as a fluke! Got my nails done yesterday somewhere completely different and was absolutely unsatisfied with their service I didn't even want to go back. I contacted expert nails and they were so accomodating! The gentleman did such an amazing job! I will be definitely be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was very polite with me when I had to cancel my first appointment due to snow squall... I rescheduled easily and she was very understanding over the phone. I look forward to going this week on Tuesday afternoon at 1pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Ongles Expert for over 5 years now for pedicure and SNS manicure. The SNS expert is Thao. She has been doing my nails since a very long time and I only trust her with my nails. She is precise and quick and understand what you are looking for. She often helps me pick my colors as well and I regularly get complimented from my friends and colleagues on how nice my nails look. I like SNS because it lasts way longer than Shellac and the colors don’t fade as fast. They offer to their customers a lovely experience, and everyone is treated like a VIP. As someone who grew up in Montreal, I had tried dozens of mani/pedi places and none of them were as good as Ongles Expert. This place is clean, on time and gets your nail done quickly. They use a plastic wrap for the pedicure sink and this is to ensure that its hygienic for the next client. I have recommended some friends to this place, and they are all regulars now. If you are looking for amazing nails, please go try it out. All the staff are friendly and will provide you with a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place! They always accommodate, even with last minute appointments. The nail techs are amazing & their work is pure magic. I always go for the SNS manicure and I leave extremely happy with the results. Plus, my nails last without ever breaking or chipping. ?❤️
