The jeep was immaculate when we picked it up to take it home. I would 110 percent recommend Brandon if you're looking for a sales guy!

Parts were ordered in and my vehicle was ready to go by Monday morning. Excellent customer service especially from my service advisor Tabitha and the parts manager Eric. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a new Nissan Micra in 2018. It was a 5 speed, so I clearly didn't think that through. I have two teenage boys that are just starting to drive, and, try as I might, I could not get them to learn the standard. So, I needed an automatic.
Olivia was awesome and the finance team (well, just Ada actually) worked their magic and got me into a brand new Nissan Kicks!!!
Would definitely recommend the team here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hassle free warranty experience and the service staff and mechanics are excellent. Given supply shortages for parts and delays the service staff still made my experience a pleasant one and I didn't have to say anything.
The fact that they care about their clients satisfaction and convenience why I choose to service my vehicle at this dealership. My car comes clean when I service it and the oil change is cheaper at the dealership then I've found anywhere around.
All in all, 5 stars for the positive team at Pembroke Nissan
