★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooks. Went to rent a drain Fisher. Guy gives me wrong size so useless. They charge sunday and you can't return stuff. So if you rent on Saturday and can't bring it back for 4pm they charge you for Sunday until you bring it back Monday morning. How crooked is that. They charged me $105 for something I didn't use and couldn't bring back until Monday morning. Pretty upsetting. Asked for something. Got directed with wrong tool and still get charged. JUNK.. will never get anything there ever again. Total garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. Rented an aluminum brake. Drove home and when I arrived noticed one of the handles was missing. When I went to use the brake one of the hinge pins had slid out so had to fix that. I then noticed that the brake didn't clamp the work piece all that well because it was so worn out (I rented a brake from somewhere else more recently that actually worked). Upon returning the brake they stiffed me for $125 for the handle that fell out on the way home, the only way the handle could have fallen out was because either they hadn't clicked the retaining pin in properly or like the rest of the brake it too was worn out. I asked if they could at least meet me 1/2 way and share the cost of the handle but they pretty much told me to stuff it. I basically got shafted for $450 to rent a worn out poorly maintained piece of junk. Do yourself a favour and rent somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged $40 to open up my mower to find the problem with the vibration.
3 months later they “fix it” and replace the blade.
Another $80 later my mower still vibrates, nothing was opened up internally. All they did was replace the blade.
If you cant fix it just give my money back.
Enjoy your $120 junk mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They verbally will tell you Sundays are not a day you will be charged for example take out Saturday and return Monday they say will be one day. We'll I was charged for every Sunday I had one of their machines. Not impressed with their lack of customer service as they will just blame their system. Will never be renting from them ever again. Enjoy my 450$ for a carpet cleaner that isn't even worth that.
