In New year Eve day, they asked me come between 9 AM _1 PM in phone and was there before 9 mins to close and still people were registering with receptionist but she rejected me saying no because I was just before time. It's bad, totally not fair.

If I could give the clinic ZERO stars I would. Today I was unfortunate enough to call the clinic and have to deal with the "office manager" Tamara. My daughter has been a patient at this clinic for almost 4 years now, but to my surprise when I called today to book a check-up appointment the clinic refused, and said I needed a referral. When I questioned why we need a referral if my daughter has been a long time patient, they said it's because she didn't book an appointment for a check up last year. I explained that, due to Covid last year we didn't feel comfortable coming to the clinic, and asked to speak to the supervisor. When she answered the phone she started cutting me off without even trying to listen first, she never provided a valid explanation as to why we now need a referral when this was never required before. She also started yelling, when I asked her to provide her name and her supervisor's name, she said she doesn't report to anyone (which obviously is not possible), and proceeded to hang up the phone when I repeatedly asked her to stop interrupting me and genuinely listen to my concern. Tamara's lack of professionalism, empathy and people's skills reflect poorly not only on the clinic, but on the entire William Osler health care system. It is unfortunate that people like Tamara, with no work ethics or commitment to providing quality care are part of your team. I checked the clinic's website, and nowhere in there says a referral is required for check-ups, their website also says they have doctors currently accepting new patients, and apportionments can be booked without referral. Tamara should probably also know that this complain will be escalated to the patient Ombudsman. WOULD NEVER recommend this clinic to family or friends.

If 0 ratings was available I would give them. Their doctors keep leaving or away, keep seeing new doctors. There is no consistency. My child was at emergency and we were told to keep an eye out for fever, she got fever i called them, the doctor i saw last left, the doctor i saw before her only sees healthy patients i was told and he is booked today, the doctor thats available will call on Monday today is Wednesday because thats when she does phone calls. Just imagine my child is 1, was in emergency all night and i call them that now she has fever what they would suggest to their convenience, they will call us 5 days after on the 6th day.

I have no complains about the place! So far - the doctors are good, the nurses are nice and the receptionists are doing their job. I wish people at the lobby (building management) wouldn't make us take off our masks right beside other families that are doing the same in enclosed space! whoever in charge of this rule is an incompetent person.

This place is a joke. First of all, the receptionists are not friendly. They always put you on hold and have no manners. One even hang up on me because I asked for a copy of their policy. The doctors (who get shuffled around) are always late and keep you waiting. My child needs her vaccine for school and since she has not been to the clinic in a year (cause she is healthy) they want a referral when my child only saw the Pediatrician since birth. When I explained that she never had a family doctor and only saw her pediatrician since birth, they told me to go to a walk in clinic to get a referral. They want me to expose my child during COVID times, to go into a walk in clinic to get a referral. Does this makes sense?

Doctors are bad, they missed out on my baby’s important issues, each development check up were rushed, they don’t tell you anything unless you specifically ask example, is my baby’s head flat? Oh yes little, we will get you a referral, so many things like this. We found out some frightening information at Sick Kids that should have been caught easily before hand. We have seen Dr Emy Abraham lot of times, Dr Wong, etc. Overall we would NOT recommend this clinic, they treat it like a business, if you ask few questions they get frustrated and lot of times just cut you off and walk off. Attitude is that you should somehow know this, why are even asking or book appointment for each question so they can swipe the card as much as possible. I have never seen such bad reviews on a clinic. Unprofessional, lack knowledge, rude, not a place to take your child, they are clearly lacking the motive of being in a profession of a child doctor. You only get treated like a number who needs to swipe health card for each general question about a baby’s development or general issues. The receptionist are as bad, rude as well. I asked for a copy of results from hospital for my boy’s knee injury they told me to call the hospital, hospital is saying your baby’s doctor would have it. This place is a mess, I would be very cautious using this clinic and doctors here.

This is rate for Dr Siam. She is thorough and very careful. She the gem in this clinic. We have seen other doctors at this clinic I gotta say not all their training are the same. Some other doctors at this clinic really make you feel frustrated and want to shake head.

I have very bad experience with this office. 3 times my appointment cancelled last minute. Dermatologist from the office moved to Barrie after 2 weeks seeing my son and putting him on antibiotics for 3 months. He didn’t had the courtesy not to take new patients if he was planning to move. I saw 3 doctors none of them have ethics or reliability or consistency. I wont trust them with my kid’s care.
