The front-line reception team needs an upgrade. Rude and very Unpolished. ESPECIALLY MAHI. It amazes me the things stated, " I can't ask the Dr. if your foot is broken. She will get mad at me." Is that right????
F	Fasil Abdurahiman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please try to stay away from this place. I have been here regarding an injury on my knee from workplace. I consulted Dr. kachroo and she said there is nothing wrong and it will be ok in few weeks. I waited couple weeks and there was no difference in pain. I again went to her and shared my concern and this time she asked me to go for an X-ray and CT scan. Still she couldn't find anything and said the same thing as last time (it will be ok in few weeks) and suggested to go for physio. I kept doing physio for a month and I still had the same pain. I took a vacation and went to India and discussed my knee problem with one of my family doctors, who is a specialist in Ortho. He asked me to do an MRI and he found a serious tear on my ACL and suggested to do a key hole surgery immediately or it's going to affect my joint. He did the surgery and asked me to take rest for couple weeks. Now I feel better and no pain at all. He gave me couple medication and showed me few simple physio exercises. (I know most of the Canadian doctors don't really care about our concerns, but this was a serious mistake). I am not gonna go to this place ever again.
