★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience!! Customer service is terrible, they rush you to order. I went with my co worker today as I have gone there last year. I told them that this place is amazing. The ladies behind the cash were so mean. I would def not recommend this place. I went there once before and had a great experience, however the same people do not work there. And the two ladies working there this afternoon around 3pm were awful.
The food doesn’t taste the same any more either. Or it could have just been that the customer service was terrible we walked out of there with our food, not even wanting to eat, due to the lack of service. Looking for other Shawarma restaurants around the area to go to now for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never actually rated any restaurant before, but I had to for this place. Mr. zygro is not what is used to be, I came here last year and I believe that the owners were different at this time last year. They were so welcoming and kind and the food tasted absolutely delicious. When I went today, the customer service people were TERRIBLE, they were very rude and the lady serving me had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. They rushed our order and were practically yelling at us in a sarcastic tone. On top of that, the food tasted terrible, the beef and chicken were very hard and dry and the rice who knows how long it had been sitting there for! I have never been so disappointed before. I highly recommend that no one goes here, you would be wasting your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall,food is ok. This location is still worse than others. What I don't like is the attitude of the workers,rudeness and them being lousy(not listening carefully).
The main thing which is very disappointing is that you realize that hummus,sauces are at extra cost after you have paid for the order. It is ridiculous. Does not make any sense. You cannot cheap out on your customers like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely mediocre, there are so many better places around. It felt like they weren't confident with either an Arabic or Greek food choice so they poorly executed both. Ive never tasted an oddly sweet shawarma? The beef was incredibly salty, honestly kind of gross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent shawarma, it used to be my favourite place to sit and eat a delicious perfect beef on a pita, I believe it’s not the same owner anymore, I came back after a long time and found totally different people working. Flavour is still the same but meat used to be hot and I have to admit, shawarma was way better with the staff that was here before. Everything is the same, it’s a franchised place so taste is same but my sandwiches are always cold. Once I asked the new staff why and the girl said that’s because the vegetable are cold. But meat is never hot. Still tasty but I come here less often because of that. I’d like my meat at least to be hot.
