I had forgotten my debit card and was picking up shoes a store had kindly ordered for me. If it wasn't for PB I would have had to drive all the way home and back to purchase my shoes. This option saved me a few hours, as well as a small amount of money at a time.

So, at first I thought it was great... seemed easy and problem-free. They withdraw money 10 days in advance. You have to contact them to set up an account, you can't make your own account. If you pay by Visa debit like I did, be prepared to email customer service back and forth to ensure payment is accepted. After almost 2 months of emailing back and forth, and trying to problem solve (not on my end), I'm glad I have finished my payments. I don't think I'll use this service again. I much prefer after pay.

Very frustrated with the service side. Would be 5 stars with better/clearer communication. After two emails, one was responded to not addressing my question. Another email, no reply. Called the number and spoke with rep. He said that emails take 5-8 business days and it’s better to call…the website recommended emails & the on hold music recommended online… basically, they chose to modify a payment because the vendor gave me a rebate. That’s not in the contract I signed, I was supposed to make a full payment on the date. A week spent trying to get a response re: what happened on their end. Very disappointed with the digital communication & clarity. Brian was helpful when we spoke on the phone.

Constant errors trying to order using pay bright with Apple products. Took 5 tries and it finally stopped giving me a security risk message… then I was double charged and now am waiting for them to figure out why so they can refund me the money they took twice. Wouldn’t recommend at this point just due to all the technical difficulties. Customer service is great but I’d prefer not to have to keep reaching out to customer service over silly errors.

My credit card expired in October, these guys wait until January to phone me about it. Why not phone earlier? Their first order of business on phoning is to demand that you verify yourself, without even hinting at what the call is about. Without even the slightest bit of understanding that giving out personal information over the phone may need some convincing... their solution is, you can phone us back and "deal with it". Deal with what? You didn't say what it was about? You just demanded my date of birth and address? My credit rating gets affected while they sit on their hands, and when they do finally phone, they demand information like it's the most normal thing in the world. Can't believe you run a company like that and call it "customer service"

I would say that PayBright provides horrible service! I placed my order with Wayfair and I could not successfully complete the payment transaction via PayBright as their system alerted that " there are an technical error and my transaction cannot go through". However, PayBright still charge to my credit card. In the meantime, I placed second order with the same items and encountered the same problem, that payment was not successful because of technical error, but my credit card is still being charged. I have requested them to refund the first installment and have not heard from them. I left a message on their website and have not heard their feedback for three days. Don't know how to get a hold on them to get my money back. ??? It has been almost two week now and they are still investigating my order. They can’t even provide order confirmation for the second placement, but my credit card still being charged. Any one has idea how to get a hold in them to have quick resolution, i much appreciate it. The only thing I can do right now is keep sending email to them with hope?

I had to cancel my order for a Mac Air as somehow I had picked the wrong city for picking it up. Ann who I dealt with over the phone was so great at helping me figure out what I needed from Apple. She told me “I am going to see you through on this” and she emailed me back the confirmation that the financing had been cancelled. I really appreciated her friendly manner and understanding of my error.

Easy to use. Account made so fast with just my phone number and a lot of access points are centred around it. I find the platform even easier than Facebook now a days to log into. Plus you can use for eBay. Wish I could use at any retailer
