A	Amanda Prestie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will not be returning, I will instead be taking my dog to someone who is more upfront and honest about their prices. We have previously been here two other times and always booked a Med. Dog Bath & Tidy, which is listed on their website for $50. This time I again booked the Med. Dog Bath & Tidy but when I received the reminder email the day before it said he was booked for a Full Deshedding. I called to correct this and was assured over the phone that it was corrected to what I had booked. Upon arrival to drop off my dog, again she said that he was booked for a full deshedding, which I again corrected. She told me for certain breeds of dogs they automatically switch it from the Bath & Tidy to a full deshedding. At that time I asked if the cost would be the same and she replied that it would. I felt like I had no choice but to go with it, otherwise I likely wouldn't be able to get him another grooming appointment for another couple months. I left my dog there and returned to pick him up 1.5 hours later to find out that the cost was now $70 for the service that she had assured me would be the same cost as the Bath & Tidy that I booked.

My dog is really nervous about getting his nails clipped but these guys were so patient and great with him. Such an affordable price too, I’d recommend to anyone.
B	Brenda Petrunia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken Murphy here a few times now. I must say the service and staff are fantastic! This last cut Murphy got was phenomenal! He looks SO good and oh SO soft! Highly recommend this grooming salon.
L	Lindsay Babiuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start this by saying I have taken my dog here for many years. I have always recommended this business to friends and family and online. My last grooming was not very good (uneven, clipper marks, etc) and when I phoned to tell them I was unhappy immediately after picking up my dog, the response was "you can always see clipper marks, you have to pay extra for additional scissor work" and "maybe your dog was not cooperative". Which when I picked him up the front desk had remarked about how good he had been that day. Although I had many many good experiences here, my disappointment in the way this situation was handled has soured my opinion.
S	Shaelyn Court on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to give my feedback about my experience to the owner when I picked my dog up. She kept interrupting me, so I guess I'll leave it here instead. I dropped my Standard Poodle off at 12pm today for her grooming appointment. The receptionist, who was extremely friendly, gave me a 3 hour timeline for her to be finished. I gave a picture of a previous groom and I was VERY specific about what I wanted her head to look like. At 2:52pm (just short of 3 hours into her appointment), I receive a phone call from the owner and groomer (Dana) saying she is too matted to get a breed clip and and she needs to be shaved down or dematted. I decided to just get her shaved down instead of the breed clip but I did ask if her head was still able to be done the way I wanted it - and I was told yes it could be. The shaving her down is NOT what bothered me, if she was too matted to have the cut I wanted done then that would be totally my fault for not up keeping her brushing at home. At this point I was annoyed that I was not contacted until the time I was supposed to be picking her up and apparently she had barely been started. At 4:30pm I picked her up, her head the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I wanted and her nails not done, the rest of her looked fine. As I was trying to tell the owner why I was frustrated she just kept interrupting me and not letting me finish a sentence. I walked out annoyed, disrespected, and with the exact opposite head shape of what I wanted on my dog. Extremely disappointing experience as this business was recommended to me by multiple people, I will not be returning.

When I brought her in she was very matted and I knew she may not be so nice to the groomers. They did such an amazing job, super quick service and Daisy is happy as she can be (although you can’t tell by this picture). I’m super grateful for all your help and thanks for taking good care of Daisy!

Also, we love that Luna gets to play with other dogs while she’s there. All the staff are very pleasant and attentive and they are always interested in making sure they know what you expect. Highly recommended. So much better than the grooming services in the big box stores.
