We recently hired Bond Construction to renovate our master and main bathroom, remove a pony wall for a new railing, as well as to replace all the plumbing in our home. From the start, Darwin was outstanding. As first-time homeowners, we sincerely appreciated his advice and suggestions, as well as sticking to our budget and time line. Throughout the renovation, Darwin communicated with us often and always answered any questions or concerns we had. For us, it was very comforting and reassuring that our home was in excellent hands. The quality of the work was outstanding. From the tiling. plumbing, patchwork to walls and ceiling, etc., the materials and craftsmanship were superb. In addition, the team went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the work throughout the process and were attentive and very accommodating to any additional items we requested. The team did an excellent job protecting the parts of our home that we were not renovating, as well as cleaning up after the work was done. We have appreciated all of the hard work and dedication to the project. They were very responsive to all of our questions and when things did occasionally go, wrong Darwin was quick to respond and had things completely resolved within 24 hours. His team is great - very polite, good quality, and respectful of the homeowner. If you're lucky enough to have Wayne and Chris work on your renovation, rest assured that you're in good hands. This is the 2nd time we've used Bond Construction because we knew we could count on his quality and customer service (the first time was to develop our basement at our first house). I would strongly recommend him again.

I have used them for two projects in my condo over the years: a bathroom reno (new tub, sliding glass doors and shower tile), and opening up a wall to open up the floor plan. As opposed to a lot of contractors which seek to expand your budget as much as possible, Darwin always genuinely worked with my budget, offering tips to keep the scope manageable. His team does good quality work, with any minor post-job touchups being done without issue. I've sold my condo but when I get my next house, Bond Construction will be the first place I call for renos.

I had gotten about 7 quotes from various local contractors and Bond was by far the most competitive in pricing, detailed in quoting and came with good reviews. 3 months later when it came time to do the work he still honored the quoted price despite surging lumber costs. His guys were very professional and super efficient. At no point did I look out the window and see them slacking off or lounging around. Their workmanship was really good, a lot of attention to detail and aesthetics. I would not hesitate to use them again for another home project and would highly recommend them. Not even worth shopping around next time as they were that good and dependable. At the end we also got them to build us a wooden gate at the back of the house which turned out beautiful.

While it was undoubtedly a very small job for Bond C&C, it was very important to us since she couldn't return home without the railing. Bond C&C made several excellent design decisions that would blend in with the house exterior and had them constructed in a timely manner and constructed another railing inside the house as well. The workers were pleasant and efficient and completely cleaned up afterwards, and I would definitely recommend Bond Contracting & Construction.
