After pre-paid a full bill, no refund for unsuccessful Data recovery solution that took from (Aug 2016 til Jan 2017). In the industry, No data, no charge. He refused for refund because he said he spent money on his tech and parts. Now, I didn't get anything and I am still charged. I put all of my effort to settle down this conflict (text, voice message) I got no response. Un-professional, very bad customer service.

He has always gone the extra mile and made sure I have gotten more than my money's worth. I recommend Ian and Canway Technology to anyone requiring friendly and professional services that are also provided in a timely manner.

They worked an entire weekend for a total of about 26 hours. When we came back on Monday not only had they reorganized all the cabling and made it look great, they also fixed multiple issues we were having. As a business owner I am left to rely on companies like CanWay to do the job right. Do yourself a favour and start your office network structure with these guys. They do it all, they are fast, they are committed and they were about 25% cheaper than other companies we approached. Hat's off to Ian and his dynamite staff.
