Only one person on staff who usually just sits behind the till..Rarely asks if I need help... Expensive as well
Stuffy environment.. Not appealing
Prefer pet store by the wendy's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I came here I was hunting for a very specific product. Unfortunately they didn't carry it, but the woman working that day was delightful. She showed me where they used to be, as apparently they had only recently stopped selling it, and gave me some insight as to why. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere, will return for sure (when I need something else anyways)

There is a website for anyone that wants to browse through there items that are there. I phoned ahead and talked to a very nice lady and was told what I was looking for was in stock. Keeping our money in our community I picked up my item. They will find me shopping there as much as I possibly can. ?Thank-you? PAWS?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection, service and prices, but what puts them over the top for me is the knowledgeable staff. They're honest and upfront, not just looking to make a sale, and I value their opinion. Many times I've received sound recommendations for products that would be a better choice for my particular pets & situation, occasionally even for a product they don't have in stock or can't order in. Its very evident they value their customers and their pets and focus on caring for them rather than just making a sale.
