The service was fantastic. The young lady that looked after us went out of her way to find us the right patio set configuration within our budget, was very polite, helped me carry the items to the loading dock and even thanked us for the business. The patio set is beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Over the years we have gone to Patio Palace for our outdoor patio furniture. We have purchase from both locations, one on Adelaide London assisted by the owner Steve and the second location on Wonderland Rd assisted by Tony. Both these gentlemen know their products. Recently we were looking for a patio set, but we were stuck on a table which was not available. We loved the chairs at Patio Palace, but we needed a table to fit our needs. Patio Palace Tony and Steve have been a great help and recognize customer satisfaction is vital to them. They referred us to a competitor for the table we were looking for. Although we love Patio Palace we did get the table we wanted, but made sure we got the chairs from Patio Palace. So thank you Steve and Tony for your continued care and putting the customer needs first.
