★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our home has wiser door knobs and 3 of them the springs broke. I when in looking for replacement door knobs (I wasn't sure they make them any more) and Rona was my 3rd store but the staff helped me get 3 new ones under warranty. They didn't have mine in stock so they called their supplier and in 4 days they showed up at my house! I would shop here and ask my family and friends to shop here due to excellent customer service! I have been to other stores (not to name) in Strathroy and London and all they did was give me a number to call that didn't work or I felt I had to jump through hoops.Thanks again for your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother buying paint from this store. It's too much trouble for the staff to mix the colour properly according to the colour chart after waiting 15 minutes for service. Clerk was too "busy" to dry the paint drop to see if it would be the correct colour. Now I can't get my project done this weekend. What a waste of my time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We do all of our rentals here they always tell us they want us to keep the money in town but this place never has what we need. one time we ordered floor and we waited over 3 months just to have to go into London to get it anyways and we end up saving money. and I find that there are two know-it-alls that work there that think they know everything but in fact they only know a few things. And I always like proving them wrong.In fact I don't know how many times their advice has gotten me into a sticky situation and every time I did not take their advice I came out on top. And now I finally really just don't communicate with me at all. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service of any Rona I've ever dealt with. Can't even be bothered to help a contractor during lockdown locate a needed tool within the store. Top shelf customer appreciation ?. Off to the home hardware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery guys were awesome (Greg and ?)! They put the steel roof gazebo box I ordered, in my back yard for me instead of just curb side (it was 400lbs). AND they helped me pick something up that had got blown over in the wind this past weekend (also heavy). The store didn't charge delivery for me and I was in Parkhill. Overall I had a great experience with everyone associated with the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store to have in town, I can always find what I need there and the staff members (e.g. John and Jeff) know their stuff. Even for seemingly little issues if they for example don’t have something in stock they go above and beyond to get it for you (in my case 90 degree two way bullnose drywall corner connects). Pricing is also very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered kitchen cabinets. They designed it very similarly to what I mentioned. Very reasonably priced and pick up was absolutely ?. The guys in the yard were excellent to deal with and helped me make 1 trip instead of multiple trips. They also went out of their way to cover the cabinets so they were protected from the rain. Thank you for all the great customer service I received
