★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous customer service. Seems this location has hired a nasty character to answer the phone, and I gather she hates her position. It would appear she has made it her sole responsibly to be as unhelpful, unfriendly and rude as humanly possible. If this business went under there is one individual in particular that you could squarely point the finger at. Good luck Rona. With an employee like this you're most certainly going to need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New in town and needed a lot of things as we're redoing our home. I needed some help and I went to the small cubicle to ask for help. Young man was on the phone so I waited and waited. Eventually he got off the phone and without even acknowledging me, he went about moving paperwork around and just left. Very ignorant and rude. I left the area to get the rest of the stuff I needed but again have some questions and after finaly getting someone to help. Well she informed me that she didn't know about the item for the price I was asking and after I showed her the add in their flyer, she informed me that they are out of stock. Wow. Not offering to get it ordered. Awful store with awful people. I thought I would help local business. Wont be back again and Will drive to woodstock to home depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly hope this location is not a reflection of the others. Their customer service is very poor. The staff is unprofessional and uninterested in assisting you. There is one lady in particular that needs proper training or better yet find a job where she is happier! Take my advice and spend you money elsewhere.

I realize with covid-19 times are very difficult right now due to government lock down. But these guys were really helpful for my unique situation.
After having been to Home Hardware and Home Depot they are very very difficult to work with and mostly unhelpful. I looked online to try and find the screws I needed but with so many options it was difficult to know what I was getting. All I needed was for somebody at the store to get me 24 screws in a particular size in whatever quantity they had. I called the number when I got there and spoke with Vicky, she was very courteous and came out to the front door to meet me and understand exactly what it was I was looking for. Then she went inside, found a box of screws that were exactly what I needed and informed me my best value was to get the 100 pack. She also helped me find two hinges I needed. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes and I was on my way and a happy and greatful customer now that I can finish my project on time this weekend. These folks are going to great lengths to help people out during this difficult time. They deserve 6 stars for their effort. Thank you so much Rona and Vicky!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a speciallightbulb and phoned ahead. Lady on phone was very nice and told me to bing in because could not read numbers on it. She told me to bring in and an assistant would help, but when I got there assistant said she couldn't take into store and the store will be open for in store tomorrow. Told her its my kitchen light and I kind of need for tonight. But could or would not help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff aren't good at customer service at all. The lady behind the front counter is a crusty troll, she should not be working in customer service -to put it nicely. I've had a few off putting experiences at this location, and today's took the cake. I won't be back, I will take my money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed once again. I live in town but travel out of town regularly for my home improvement needs. I give Rona a chance about once a year and with out fail I am continually greeted with rude and poor customer service. A stark reminder of why I travel out of town instead. Very sad when you try support local but they are unwilling to provide support to their own local customers.
