Saw the same fishing rod at Canadian Tire for $56.00 and at Cabelas for $49.00. Went back within the hour to price match and TSC refuses. Website policy said they price matched. Store Associate said that was American. With online shopping, TSC Stores face tough competition, and to save a dollar, I would never recommend shopping here. Way over priced.

The brown haired lady who seems to be the manager is SO rude, if you’re going to be that unpleasant to customers don’t come to work. I’ve had a few negative experiences with her and she is extremely unpleasant for no reason. My fiancé and I made a point of being extra nice to her just because she was being so rude. I can see why this place has bad reviews and are always hiring! I will be going to other stores when I can, worst TSC Store/Peavey Mart I’ve experienced.

Inventory is a mess. Aisles disorganized sometimes half empty. I knew exactly what I wanted and had the unfortunate experience of having to deal here once or twice before so I knew I better check online to make sure the item was available. Eight in stock. Larger item was not available in store so they would have kept it out back. Flag down an employee to inquire about retrieving it. She told me there was none of the item in the back and to check the hardware aisle.... At no point did she consult her computer or anything. I was looking for fencing wire which I was very clear about and I even showed her the item on my phone. It would not have been located in the hardware aisle and it wasn't. I'm almost 100% certain that there would have been eight of them outside in the back as per their online inventory but what do you do? Argue? No. Go to the competitor and take your money with you.

The girl working was so rude and made me feel I was bothering her for simply asking where something was. I just left the item, and went somewhere else. Won't be giving them my business again.

I got there later ( not within 2 weeks) and did not get refunded as it was too long ago. Also, people are not helpful and if something is not available they won’t even bother looking in their inventory. A lot of shelves are empty. I won’t bother going to this peavey anymore I rather drive the extra mile to another peavey mart and get friendly people that actually want to do their best for customers. Would not recommend this store.

I want to thank her specially because my Dad has undergone chemo so he had to wait at the front of the store. He was tired. I tried to be quick and her help meant more to me than I can express. ❤
