β β β β β Oberoi (Manager/Owner) says "in purchasing parts from Partsmart the job only needs to be done once." Not exactly a true statement. I had a very frustrating ordeal with Mr.Hunar Oberoi. I purchased brake rotors and pads from this shop, which resulted in being defective. Mr.Hunar Oberoi had a difficult time honouring the warranty, and took a firm stance on blaming the mechanic shop, although his staff member Marlin had previously accepted full responsibility for the parts which he had sold me! The shop will be very happy to service you as a buying customer, but be warned if you have to go through their warranty system, as they will use every excuse in the book NOT to honour warranty claims. At the end, the shop owner made me pay extra for the parts that were still under warranty, and made false claims to justify his actions. Hopefully this review will make consumers more cautious when it comes to dealing with this shop.

β β β β β Jay is an awesome help with parts and service. Recommends the best part for the application with consideration of your pocket book. Purchased Genius Rotors with raybestos element 3 pads. Excellent combination, first tried them on the Pick up for a few months, then on the sedan. They are as good as the OEM if not better. Smooth quiet braking, stopping at an instant whichever way you choose to drive.

β β β β β excellent, ordered some door glass window sweepers for my old dodge b250 van on Tuesday may 10th, got them may 13th, packaged well , mill supply ordering on there site is so easy to use, i know where i will be looking again when i need parts for the van, thanks mill supply.

β β β β β I had used Partsmart previously in 2019, to do the brakes on my '12 Civic Ex. I was so impressed by the quality of the parts available (I got the pads Scotty Kilmer speaks highly of, some good rotors, lithium grease etc) I decided to try them again.
This time around, brakes and hardware for an '04 Volvo C70, along with some bellows and axle boot. Expected to pay much more, but I was surprised. Klaudia was very helpful and friendly, and would ascertain specifics before arriving at a firm answer. It definitely was a smart move coming here for parts. With any luck I'll be back for another vehicle.
