This is a family run business and Jassi and Kim were amazing in understanding our needs and helping us choose the right tile. My wife and I haven't shopped for backsplash for a while and with so many choices and options we just had a difficult time picking out the right type of material, colour, shape and price. Both, Jassi and Kim really spent time with us and gave us a few suggestions that we could work with. As a result, we got ourselves an amazing backsplash tile for the right price. We are certainly coming back here for any other tile needs in the future!

After an entire day of visiting multiple stores and no one helping us, we were greeted and helped instantly by the Versa team. I forget the names of the people who helped us; i believe it was a mother and daughter, and they are absolutely amazing. We were given great recommendations as well as fast service. They had exactly what we were looking for. They have an amazing selection of tiles. I can not recommend them more!

A lot of the other tile stores had very generic, cheap looking tiles, but at Versa Tile I was very pleasantly surprised. The prices are also very reasonable. The owners were very helpful and assisted us in picking some really great tiles for our home renovation. Due to the pandemic, the original tiles we had picked were delayed. I was very stressed because we couldn’t move into our home until the renovation work was done and the contractors couldn’t do any work until these tiles had arrived. I am so grateful that the owners helped us find a similar tile that we could use that was already in stock. The owners also went above and beyond to personally deliver the tiles to our house at 7AM because he knew how urgently we needed them. I would never get this kind of service from any other store. Would highly recommend Versa Tile to anyone in search of tiles.

Kim was very helpful and showed us a lot of amazing tile collections, and what’s more, she showed me a few customer’s actual design picture. This is a must visit store if you are looking for a unique/customerized design for your home. The tile design here is amazing.
