L	Leah Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you ladies at JT Total Heating in Parksville. Had to refit my wood stove with gaskets but I couldn't find the make or model. One of the ladies helped me for half an hour on the computer trying to find the proper gaskets for my old stove. The other lady patiently helped me with the instructions, over three phone calls. Went above and beyond customer service. Thank you very much, my house is now warm! Highly recommend, I won't go anywhere else.

Even though they were very busy Val found time to have a technician come by to diagnosis the problem within 24 hours. The technician identified the problem, retrieved a replacement part and had our tenants back with heat in hours. Exceptional service and would highly recommend them!

L	L D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word. Terrible. I've dealt with these people on more than one project over a span of 12 years and they don't improve at all. My first experience was a wood stove, the second an actual fireplace, third was the heat pump. They are flippant and downright rude. If you ask questions, they get even worse. I think it's a husband and wife team effort. I think they signed up as a contractor for Home Depot so if you're looking for quality service, don't go there! Look elsewhere and get better/more timely service. I have heard that home depot have had more than a few complaints about these people.
