★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the worst experience with a home care company in my entire crippled life. I'd be surprised to find if anyone actually worked in the offices besides the receptionist. Phones are never answered voice mail seems to not exist. They can't seem to hang onto staff, & god forbid your assigned worker gets sick injured or leaves town you will do without.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse we had from this agency was very dear to us. She stuck by my Mom and brought about a total cure of a vicious bed sore that plagued us for months. She used the simplest techniques, was always cheerful and resourceful. You have to understand that this bed sore had a systemic effect on my Mom's body and mental ability. She nearly ended up in hospital at 99...blind and deaf and bed-ridden. What future would she have had? I am thankful for this service and the talented nurse who helped us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided is wretched.The PSW's seem untrained in even the basic of care. Every one of them has been negligent in some way or another, leaving the client sitting on a bath bench soaking wet and soaped up to attend to a 5 minute phone call in another room.Hurried and careless in bathing and dressing,flipped flopped around like a rag doll and generally being treated with disrespect The hour time frame slotted was never more than 35 minutes. Every woman was on the phone at least twice during each visit and always stating that they had to hurry to another client.
As a person with a fatal disease ,and limbs that barely work, I felt vulnerable at all times.
This had been a horrid experience for me so far and would NEVER choose this company to attend feeding my cat.
