M	Maurice Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time calling on Comfort Keepers. They provided intensive caregiver staffing on very short notice for my Mom. As I expected we had some initial scheduling issues but they were solved quickly. The caregivers were all professional and showed up promptly. The biggest benefit is not having to deal with finding and hiring staffing on your own, and that is one big Headache solved. I will definately call on them again in the future.

My sisters and I weren't available to take him ourselves due to work obligations and how far away we all live. Looking into medical patient transfer and cab or Uber options was costly and they wouldn't be staying with my father throughout so the return trip back to the retirement center was uncertain. My initial call with Jessie left me feeling confident with their services and hearing how they drive my parent's own vehicle during these times of COVID was a huge relief. When we found out Jessie herself would be taking my dad and staying the entire time we were all put at ease. After his appointment my dad was extremely happy with his experience and didn't even bother asking my sisters or I to bother driving him for his next appointment, he really liked Jessie and was hoping to use their services again. For the price and peace of mind of having a medically trained person drive and stay with your family member for the ENTIRE time, Comfort Keepers services are a HUGE find for my family. You would never receive this level of care or this fair a price if you were to look into alternate means. HIGHLY recommended services.

When my mom fell, the family was stressed and panicked about not knowing what type of care she needed and what sort of services were out there. When I spoke to Jessie (the Client Care Coordinator), she was patient, empathetic, and answered all of the many questions we had. The caregivers that serviced my mom during her recovery were so kind and treated her like their own mother - it was truly beautiful to see. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone in need of TLC!

Not ComfortKeepers! Haven’t logged in for four years. We used you in 2018 and 2019. Hence the five stars. When we travel again (darn Covid), will call you to see the rates for repeating the 24x7 care for elderly parent.

Jessie was so patient with me, answered all of my questions thoroughly and really made me feel comfortable in the process of setting up care for my grandmother - this was new to us. She came to meet us at my grandmother's home and within 24 hours of my initial phone call to her, services were put in place and a lovely PSW was at our door. I can't thank Comfort Keepers enough for helping us to get services in place so quickly and for their kindness throughout the consultation process. I know this will be a long and meaningful relationship.
