Very professional and explain all the step very well. Gave explanation for everything in order to ensure proper seal. A few helpful tips in checking the seal that I have never was told before to my previous mask fit. Totally recommend it for nursing students it's convenient, good quality and does not break your pockets.

Terrible customer service. A huge faceless third company that does not care about people. Make an appointment to review your documentation at 9am on a Monday, won't get back to you until the following afternoon at best! That is unless you mark your appointment urgent. So everything this company does is urgent! Kind of like diarrhea. Edit: So it took 3 months to reply. Thanks for proving my point.

I had a wondeful experience. Great teaching done by Tatiyana! She was super informative and patient. The class was straight forward and to the point! I would definitely recommend this company to all who need to get their mask fit done. :) This girl deserves a raise!!!!

Room for improvement. I've noticed that their medical clearance service is a downgrade from older processes where the institution's administrative team would review and approve documentation. Since Synergy provides a limited number of appointment options, it took me an additional week to receive clearance. This meant despite having my documentation ready to go Thursday morning, I had to wait until the following Tuesday (long weekend) to apply for clearance and an additional day for them to process. In addition, there is no customer support line so you have to submit a ticket if you have an issue, which can take a few days to process.

Average experience. Instructor was knowledgeable and a discount was provided if an online review was provided after the session.The instructor was kind but since I was not able to logon into my account right away to provide a review on my overall experience she sounded awfully disappointed. Was not completely happy with how I was being spoken to, but I hope everyone else goes through a better experience.

Takes 3 days for documents to be looked at, told to resubmit documents no communication in folder to tell me what documents to resubmit. No one to talk to about this. You have to submit a ticket. 3 days later and I'm waiting to find out what documents they need. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I was told by my employer to expect the e-mail. It ended up in a spam folder. Uploaded my vaccine information and expected to receive a confirmation. Received nothing. Followed up three times by e-mail seeking a confirmation. Ten days later and still no response. Why any organization would bother using this service when provincial governments are creating and rolling out vaccine passports is a mystery.

I would give this zero stars if I could. This service is absolutely awful and when submitted a "help ticket" it is completely useless. Dont bother trying to call because its a useless automated system.
