W	Wes F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security Guard is unprofessional and rude. He had provided false information on a report and lied about what I said to him. Security Guard needs to ensure he can communicate effectively instead of being a blunt tool for management. I tried to explain that it was not his fault because he had just received instructions from his Supervisor/Management. He would not listen and continued on to say that I was being reported to Management even though I was not doing anything wrong. Please ensure Security Guards understand that they need to report facts and not adjust things to their own narrative. False, misleading and deceptive representation is the opposite of what a Security Guard should be. They also need to wear name tags with their name or security guard number or both. Refer to PSISA Reg 362/07 s.3

It's clear that CPP takes care of their Guards when it comes to uniform, equipment, scheduling and pay. I highly recommend CPP to customers seeking Security Guard services or licensed Guards looking for a good company to work with. As CPP is not one of the largest companies providing this type of service, they have the ability to maintain focus on their customer and Guards needs. Excellent choice if you are looking for a great Security job or if you need Security Service.

Especially The President/CEO Simon Path is a core security specialist that ensures great and satisfying service delivery to all clients by dedicated and happy staff. The HR manager will go to any length to make sure the clients and the employees at work sites are happy. Believe me these guys work like family! and make this serious business look so easy....... My Supervisor and My Co- workers never make me feel like i am working as a concierge for the first time, they are always being supportive. The field support crew- are expertise in their work , they know almost everything about every-site and are ever ready to offer assistance at any time when they are on shift.....I feel so fortunate to get a chance to do work with such a well- organised team.

There is a great morale and sense of teamwork amongst the staff, and all guards are highly competent. In the scenario I witnessed, the lock for the side entrance door to a condominium building was broken meaning outsiders could enter and jeopardize the safety of the building. CPP offers a 24/7 supervisor dispatch meaning right when this incident was noticed, the guard on site notified all residents that a supervisor will be on site momentarily. Although this speed of response by a supervisor was amazing, i was even more surprised by the guard on duty. The guard on duty was able to handle the entire situation efficiently before the supervisor even arrived on site! The guard made an announcement to the entire building, contacted the property management, guarded the door, continued to do COVID-19 screening and informed all concerned residents that an incident report was being filed right away. Overall, this is exactly how I would want my building to be managed and I am very happy with the services. Special thanks to CEO Mr. Simon P.

The provide great service and their security guards are motivated to work. Whenever we may have a breach at the site, the guard on site handles the problem before I even arrive to the golf club. Once I do arrive, I am always met by the guard AND his supervisor with a full report on the problem and also the solution that was done. This company and their CEO Simon always takes the time to listen to the management's needs and provide service accordingly. They provide us with the BEST prices in the security industry and high quality service. Definitely recommend them for your building

Our board cancelled the contract of the condo at 9582 Markham Road Markham when the security on duty brought his girl friend to the guest suite in the middle of night. despite various complaints to Simon Path, the owner of the company, the practice continued and led to a final cancellation of contract. overall poor services and poor quality fo security guards. stay away!
V	Vicky Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience with Canadian Protection Providers and their guards, they have been extremely reliable, alert, and able to handle any situation. The guards on-site at the building where I live have excellent customer service skills. They treat me and my fellow residents with the utmost respect and their service truly makes me comfortable knowing I have high-quality security guards on site. Their supervisor is frequently on-site as well. I always see him checking reports and making sure the guards are inappropriate uniforms. The supervisor ensures all duties are completed (parcel log-ins, fire panel monitoring, perimeter patrols) and he consistently comes on site 2-3 times a week. The guards will enforce the rules no matter what, regardless of if a new tenant tries to convince them to break the rules (allow longer parking passes, allow entry to the building, etc). I would highly recommend this company as a service provider for your building.
