β β β β β RealEstate Lawyers are quick, helpful and usually prompt with responses. They helped me with both my sale and my purchase and made it smooth for me. When I had concerns and questions they responded quickly and promptly, even late in the evening which I really appreciated it. I would use them again. Good value for the most part.
Im not giving 5 stars because after the deals went through they disappeared and didnt answer any of my follow up questions or concerns regardless of mentioning many times how they would still help me out afterwards.
Also because they day of my closing I was left in the dark about when I would get my keys and gain access to my new home. Very poor communication. Finally, after I reached out to them, at 4pm on my closing day, they responded about having a busy day, blah, blah. After 6pm I got the keys to my new place. Was not happy with the lack of communication and waiting around all day without a quick email telling me they were busy or overwhelmed.

β β β β β They were extremely easy to use and deal with. Responses were a little slow to start but as we got closer to the date it was well organized, virtual signing was easy and convenient, and I would for sure use them again!

We were a little hesitant at first with it being all online, but they came with great recommendations from trusted sources. We could not be happier with the service we received. Communication was clear and prompt; you can tell your team is informed of everything going on in each file. We had a major issues arise unexpectedly and they quickly addressed and found a solution for us- completely reducing the stress we were handed. Would 100% recommend them, and will absolutely use them again in the future!

β β β β β This is my first experience with this organization. They are very prompt and their response to your questions are very quick. I had to be in contact with few people to open my file and right after that everything was straight forward. They sent me the documents I needed to gather and sign and for the closing one of their employees came to my place for the final signature. He explained everything very clearly and everything was highlighted.
My experience was amazing with this group. I strongly recommend them.
