They made me feel like: they cannot nail it because I don’t have enough evidence to support myself, I am the one who should work hard, and they are just sitting there and judging my work. They wasted my time (over one month) and even made me hopeless and depressed, because they kept saying: no, the evidence you provide is not good. They even asked me to check relevant regulation and legislation by myself. And it is proved that they understand some regulations in a wrong way after I consulted other lawyers. They almost screwed up my case, but still asked me to pay for their work. Later I chose to transfer my case to another law office, the new law office shows me what is professional. My new lawyer helped me win my case with just a 60 mins meeting.

They were very responsive and professional from the first meeting. They always prompt to respond my questions in emails or phone calls. They are very patient and always provided answers with supporting fact. Sometime we got frustrated and anxious when waiting for a government response. Their services are highly professional yet attentive and thoughtful. They reply to emails or phone calls within 24 hours. Their answers are always accurate, timely, detail-oriented, and full of useful information. They are also very responsive and reliable. Whenever we need guidance, they were always there for us. Sometimes, their service exceeds the contract that we have retained. My wife gave birth during the worst time of the pandemic when the Canadian government banned all travelers with visitor visas from entering. They worked overtime to file a petition for me so that I could be with my family during the birth labor. We did not expect this level of services and this is not included in our contract. We have worked with many immigration lawyers prior to HDS. None of them had provided the degree of support as the HDS Law firm did.
