★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had garage door openers Liftmaster installed at the end of August 2021. Within 4 months of install, we needed a new backup battery for one of the units. We reached out to Al in January who installed the 3 systems and still today we have no battery backup. We have been ignored and no one has called us back - We have called and messaged the company and no one has gotten back to us besides telling us the battery is under warranty and that they would look into it. As of today Al who installed the garage door opener systems has not contacted us back, each time we call it is voice mail and no one is returning our messages. We will call another Liftmaster distributor in the area to help us replace under warranty the backup battery.
