★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I called this company, to ask if they can help for a new design and building permit for a property in Innisfil, she answered in a very rude tone.
I gave them a second chance and wrote an email, explaining what I am planning for the project.
This time she even hesitated to start her email with a “Hi”! ?
I don’t know about her professional work, but I can testify that she has zero customer services and talking/writing to a prospect client in a very rude way.
I write this review with a hope that she will improve and start to behave polite and professional. I can share screenshot of her email with anyone who is interested.
