Edit: I was home from early morning until 610pm before leaving home for a 4-6 consult window. I had no missed phone calls either. Also, thanks for posting my address for the public to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered windows on March 4th. They told us 3 week delivery time. We didn't get the windows until April 23 and that was after a week of hassling the salesman and being given the run around on why they hadn't arrived. There was no communication at the expected delivery time on why they were late or when they might arrive. 2 of the 3 windows fit. The third has no removable trim on the brick mould, is short on the brick mould size and is tight on the top and bottom rough opening. This is after they sent out their "installer" to measure the windows. How this place is still in business is beyond me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two very pleasant young men arrived and quickly went to work . Seven windows were installed in one afternoon. They were very clean using drop clothes inside the house. The windows look lovely inside and out. I would recommend them to an to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there was a no star selection!!! Terrible to do business with. Installation never happened on date told it would. New date and time set up and 2.5 hours late and door came in the trunk of a car!!! Yes it was a door for our modular home! Love the door btw! Installer said he would take and replace a ripped screen from our screen door no charge due to being late and we would have back in a couple of weeks. Almost 9 weeks now and we have made numerous calls to numerous people and still nothing. I stopped at the showroom in Regina yesterday and was told today it would be here. Nope not today either. The BBB is my next stop.
23/6/19 Well, the installer showed up today with a screen that did not fit in the door it came out of. Will see what tomorrow brings...
24/6/19 Tomorrow is here and the promised delivery has not been made...not that we are surprised! All the empty promises that have been made, we are pretty much prepared for nothing to happen. To whomever owns this company, you had better get on this situation before we go somewhere you don't want us to go!!!
23/7/19 No results yet after numerous appts set up and no one showing up. Many many phone calls and texts. We went where we didn't want to go to hopefully get some results.
