Waxy’s Bobcat Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Jeff & Donna Wilcocks started the company as a part-time business in 1991. Since then, they have continued to expand and grow their business. They run a landscape yard where everyone can pick up materials or get them delivered. They also have bobcat and tandem truck services available for any type of excavation. “NEW” They are the Authorized Fox Pool installers for Sask. and have recently added CINDERCRETE products. We appreciate the support of our customers for over 31 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my order online, received a call the next day to say it would be delivered later that day. Received a 2nd call and said it would be delivered by the end of the day. Received a 3rd call stating they would be delivering my load next. They never showed up and never called to advise! Called and left a message that I wanted to cancel my order based on the this, never received a callback from them. Go somewhere else! Its all about the customer experience. Very Unsatisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service love the fact that you can just get small quantities like 5 gal pails. One time I saw them deliver two different materials and when they dumped it they moved forward with the dump truck at the right time and they made two separate Piles of the two different materials. I'm pretty sure that driver has magic powers though! Will go back whenever I need supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm. What happened to my previous post? Anyway, I shopped at Waxy many times before with no issue. However, about 2 years ago, the lady wrote down my wrong address number, and believe it or also my cell phone number, and thus could not find my house and did not call me. In the meantime I took the morning off from work and waited for them and after wait too long, I called to ask about my delivery. Was told the driver went back after failure to find my house. And for them to come back I will be recharged a second time for delivery - which they later did - as they would not refund my money otherwise....and reverse blame me for their mistake.
This company takes no responsibility for their mistakes....so they lost 1 loyal customer.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was super easy to pull in with a truck and get a couple yards worth of mulch. The price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Now my yard smells like a pine forest with all this mulch! have also used for delivery of crushed rock in the past, delivery arrived quickly and was super efficient. Thanks again Waxys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted a day I took off from work without supply after the delivery was very late. Notified that I got bumped so they could accommodate a contractor's order instead. Poor customer experience, would recommend supporting other local businesses instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in the booth was wearing these nifty pants. Imagine super tight yoga pants and another pair of pants on top of them that look as though they were made of about 5 mm thick sponge with nickle sized holes cut out all over. They looked very spacey.
They also had a good selection of landscape materials (large pea stones in my case) at a very decent price. Loaded a yard^3 into my pickup truck and I bounced happily all the way home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waxys took my payment after they promised a delivery time, when that time came for delivery they said "we are sorry but they dont know when they can deliver, maybe in a couple more hours" I tried to cancel but they do NOT do refunds, this was very costly as the equipment and man power just stopped. They know how to take a booking, but not keep the time, I would consider this prior to using this company.
UPDATE: waxys called back with more apologies and they did offer a refund, I feel they made good with this situation.
