They provided helpful suggestions and provided a great estimate of when the window would be in and when installation would take place. The contractors on site to put the window in were early and even though the day was a little chilly (Jan 3/22 in Saskatchewan) they got it done. The window looks amazing!

The windows are of excellent quality!! We have a big house so replaced half of the windows in 2016 & the remaining ones a couple of weeks ago.
The process was simple right from start to finish. I liked the fact that they sent an email or called to let us know the status of our order.
We ordered the windows in October. The salesman measured for the windows then the installer came & remeasured just to be sure before sending the order in. The windows arrived & fit like a glove!! The installers were fast, efficient, courteous & extremely knowledgeable. They laid blankets throughout the house for any wet snow. They also vacuumed & cleaned up the area where the windows were installed. The two men were fast, accurate & friendly.
I would absolutely recommend Ecoline Windows…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience all around. Ecoline was professional and reliable every step of the way right from quoting to install and follow-up. We are happy with the price and extremely happy with the product. The windows are great, block out a lot of sound over what used to be there. Not sure of extreme heat/cold performance yet. We decided to have them install the trim and for the price I am very glad we did. Installed over two days and finished on the third, all thirteen windows are terrific. The trim goes a long way to modernizing our house. Install crew was professional and did an acceptable job of cleaning up after themselves. The way our house was built made it difficult for them to extract the old casings without damaging stucco, but they were diligent. Where stucco was damaged, he colour matched it at Homedepot and patched it - I didn't notice the patches until I started looking. They did a great job of making interior trim fit with my other surroundings and used different colours of silicon based on the surrounding. When I compare our windows to what some of my neighbors have it is clear we received more attention to detail. We are having Ecoline back to do a sliding door and I am very much looking forward to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had seven residential windows replaced by Ecoline Windows of Regina. A 6 man crew presented at about 9:30AM and completed the install by 3:30PM. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old windows and install the new, vastly more energy efficient, Ecoline casement windows and casings. We are delighted with the result. A huge upgrade by any metric. Their consultations and follow up were also first rate. No surprises!
