Had my car in for an oil service, the staff there is great to deal with, very friendly, the tech Scott took my keys to do the oil service right away, the wait time to have it all done was very small, the car was kept clean, Scott even let me know that there were no leaks, and my brakes were all good. I will for sure go back to them, Also the price is amazing.

Installed wrong part and wrong size of stabilizer bar link, kept saying they would fix it but each time they didn't. They said they would replace it but they stalled for a month and 10 days. Had to take the car to the dealer to get the right part put it. Took the other part back to Pairs and they refused to refund my money. I'm a senior, 82 years old and they scammed me!

I brought my car for an oil change,estimated time 40 minutes.The mechanic took my car to somewhere to do work (I check for my car inside their 3 cars bay but it’s not there).An 1 hour 1/2 later he brought the car back, I asked him if he went for a ride with my car and he said he didn’t. I went to inspect my car and what I found was the glove box was open and no way to close it again. I call Sam the manager of the garage to show it to him but he doesn’t admit his mechanic fault.How do you think about that business. What I can say is you have to keep your vehicle in sight for an oil change,do you think that kind of behaviour is acceptable from a garage ? I do have to bring my car to the dealership for the glove box repair. I just share my experience, thanks.

Brought my car in to this shop to get an alignment and their mechanic quickly found out that I had been driving on a damaged tire. Luckily i brought my car in because if I wouldn't have my tire would've eventually exploded or tore open and it most likely would've caused and accident. Luckily I had some spare tires at home. I went to pick up the tires up and when I got back to this shop it was near closing time. The owner and this shop went out of their way to get my tires changed and my alignment adjusted. They were supposed to close at 6:30 but they stayed open till 7:30 or so to do the service on my car which was awesome and much appreciated. Very friendly staff and fare prices for the service they did. I will be going back to them in the future if I need anymore repairs. I would also recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicles. Great service,fast and fair prices on repairs and friendly staff is what you will get if you bring you vehicle to these professionals. Had to bring my vehicle back to this shop because my steering was off to the right a bit after the alignment was done. I have a after market steering wheel installed in my vehicle so it wasn't their fault the steering was off. I offered to pay extra to get it corrected but they told me it was not needed as they just wanted to make sure I was satisfied which was really appreciated. I also had them replace a broken valve on one of my tires and I have no complaints whatsoever and am very happy I brought my vehicle to pairs auto. If your looking to avoid those shops that try to rip you off and tell you you need other repairs done then bring you vehicle to Pairs Auto and you won't be disappointed. Again thanks Pairs Auto.

Had my oil changed and as always, service was good and staff friendly. The prices are fair and there is never any up-selling!

Sid, Scott , and Ian were very helpful and gave us an amazing deal. Definitely gonna be a lifetime client. Very friendly and helpful as I women I felt very comfortable coming with my car troubles as me and my friends don't know much about vehicles and some places can be snobby and rip you off

Pairs Auto Calgary made my day. I got referred there by a friend and my experience with the was awesome. Customer service and the mechanics were excellent. My car was brought back to its full capacity within few hours. I can't hesitate to recommend a friend to this wonderful auto shop.

Left with my oil not filled correctly, returned after driving on highway and car giving me a warning that not enough oil was in it. They brought car back and then said it was finished a few minutes later. I got home and checked my oil and found out it was under filled again after the warning light came on again driving home. Should check to see how much oil a car needs, especially if a customer returns with a complaint about it 20 minutes after leaving. Could have really messed up an engine.
